What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow to keep properties looking their best
• Plant, mulch, prune, and assist with seasonal landscape projects
• Support fertilization and irrigation tasks
• Perform general grounds and property maintenance
• Safely operate hand tools and landscaping equipment
• Work as part of a team to maintain clean, attractive properties
• Seasonal pretreatment and snow removal

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus (not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
