Maintenance Technician – Luxury Apartment Community

Propper Asset Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Residences at Tesson Ridge, a large Class A multifamily community. The ideal candidate is skilled in general maintenance, has strong customer service abilities, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with digital maintenance systems (Yardi preferred) is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Complete work orders, make-ready units, and general repairs (locks, fixtures, windows, drywall, etc.)

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks

• Maintain pools, spas, and common areas

• Assist with grounds upkeep and snow removal as needed

• Inspect fire/safety systems and document findings

• Identify areas for improvement and participate in solutions to issues

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies within 1 hour

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years apartment or multifamily maintenance experience

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required insurance

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in varying temperatures
