Schedule: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM | 40-48 hours per week
Compensation: $4,167/month (1099 Independent Contractor)

Position Overview:
Propper Asset Management is seeking a dependable and professional Security Guard to serve as an independent contractor for a full-time position at a Class A luxury apartment community located in the vibrant Soulard neighborhood. This role is ideal for a security professional looking for consistent, overnight hours in a high-end residential environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor property and patrol premises during overnight hours

• Deter unauthorized activity and respond to incidents as needed

• Ensure the safety of residents, guests, and property

• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation

• Communicate professionally with management and residents

• Enforce community rules and access protocols

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred

• Must be able to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts

• Reliable transportation to and from the property

• Certificate of insurance required (General Liability coverage)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to pass a background check

Contract Terms:

• 1099 Independent Contractor position

• Monthly compensation: $4,167

• 40-48 hours/week schedule (set overnight shift: 7 PM - 3 AM)
